Who we are
SuiteGenius (“we”, “us”) is operated by William Hatcher. The service is provided at https://suitegenius.ai and the application at https://suitegenius-web-zw56.vercel.app.
What we collect
- Account info: email, name, and password (hashed via bcrypt).
- NetSuite credentials: TBA token and secret, stored encrypted at rest and only accessed to run queries you initiate.
- Conversation history: your prompts, generated SuiteQL, generated SuiteScript, and summarized results. Full result sets are not persisted beyond the session.
- Billing metadata: Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Card data is stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Usage logs: request timestamps, query counts, and error traces for support and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect
- We do not train third-party models on your data.
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not store full NetSuite record dumps beyond what the active conversation references.
How we use AI providers
SuiteGenius uses Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses. Prompts and responses are transmitted to Anthropic under a zero-retention agreement. Anthropic does not train on API traffic by default.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from the billing portal. Account deletion removes your credentials, conversation history, and stored metadata within 30 days. Billing records are retained for tax and audit purposes as required.
